In the U.S.A. and developing countries around the world your shoes create jobs. In the U.S.A. the shoes you recycle
are cleaned or processed by American workers to be solds in second hand shops or used in athletic surfaces for
Americans to utilize. In countries such as Pakistan and India your shoes will be cleaned, repaired and resold by local
vendors who otherwise would be unemployed. Americans are generous people, but it is important for the
underdeveloped countries to support themselves if possible.
Thanks to the generosity of the people of America, people in developing countries have a chance to know what it is
like to have new shoes, a job, and a purpose.
